To know the answer, let’s calculate the surface speed of earth.
Considering earth radius as 6,371 km, its circumference (2𝜋r) becomes 40,009 km.
Note that here value of 𝜋 is considered as 3.14.
The rotational speed of the earth is 1 revolution per 24 hr. ( More accurately its 23hr 56 min 4.09053sec)
That means at the Equator, any still object on the surface travels 40009km in 24 hr.
Which is around 1667km/hr, or
27.78 km/min, and so
463 m/s.
That means any person standing at the equator of the earth travels at the speed of 463 m/s which is 1.34 times higher than the speed of sound which is 343m/s.
So the answer is yes, we are moving at a speed higher than the speed of sound, but the other question is that are we all moving at the same speed?
Are we moving at speed higher than sound speed? Are we all moving at same speed?

Though we have calculated that the person standing on earth is moving at the speed of 463 m/s which is higher than the speed of the sound. But it is not true for all the region on the Earth.
Checkout the calculationns
This speed is calculated from rotational speed of the earth and its radius. But the effective radius from the center is reduces as go toward North pole or South pole. Thus a person standing far from the Equator travels the less distance with each rotation compared to the person standing at an Equator region of the Earth. Whereas all we complete the one revolution in 24hr thus a person far from the Equator travel with the relatively less speed.
Now calculate the sped of your travel according where you stay.
Further point of discussion is that not only the person, but the environment is also moving with the earth. That means environment including all gases, could and dust particles in air are moving faster near Equator and slower as move toward Poles of the Earth.
